Meet Lydia

Lydia is a birth and postpartum doula trained through DONA International and certified through GEM Midwifery with continuing education through Prevention and Treatment of Traumatic Childbirth (PATTCh).

From a young age, Lydia enjoyed caring for babies. In fact, when she was just 8 years old, she wore a baby carrier in a Halloween parade (yeah, she's always been that cool).

Her greatest joy is journeying alongside families and observing them in their ever-expanding roles.

She's constantly learning, growing, and dedicated to supporting and guiding birthers safely along their parenting journey.

Feather

Lydia never left my side - she was with me through every contraction. I felt safe, supported, and relaxed. It was such an amazing experience.
